Required Information

Counter-Notification

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal was made in error
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district and that you will accept service from the person or company that filed the original DMCA notice

Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, Easyinvoice will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the content provider of the removal
- Process counter-notifications in accordance with DMCA requirements
- Restore removed content if a valid counter-notification is received
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Easyinvoice will terminate user accounts and block users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
